Challenge
Engineering students and young professionals across disciplines — Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, and Software — lack a unified space to document their practical evolution. Academic achievements are trapped in paper transcripts, and innovative student projects rarely see the light of day. We needed a platform housing everything from CAD designs and circuit diagrams to software repositories and research papers, making engineering potential visible to global partners.
Solution
I engineered EnziConnect as a comprehensive Engineering Portfolio Hub. By expanding the concept of "Proof of Work," we created a space where a Civil Engineering student can upload structural models just as easily as a Software Engineer can link a GitHub repo. The platform acts as a digital laboratory where students find mentors and industry leaders scout verified talent based on actual project outcomes rather than just degrees.
