The Challenge

Modern businesses lose significant revenue to "no-shows" and the administrative friction of manual scheduling. Standard booking tools are often static, uninspiring, and lack the intelligence to optimize a calendar. The goal was to build a platform that doesn't just "take appointments" but actively manages them using AI to predict and prevent gaps in the schedule while maintaining a cutting-edge, high-performance user interface.

The Solution

I built a next-generation scheduling engine using Next.js and Supabase for a serverless, real-time foundation. By integrating OpenAI, the platform intelligently handles booking logic and automated communication to keep clients engaged. To set the brand apart, we implemented WebGL components to create a fluid, high-end visual experience that feels light-years ahead of traditional, clunky administrative software.
