The Challenge
In the current professional landscape, engineering students and young professionals across various disciplines—Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, and Software—lack a unified space to document their practical evolution. Academic achievements are often trapped in paper transcripts, and innovative student projects rarely see the light of day. We needed to build a platform that could house everything from CAD designs and circuit diagrams to software repositories and research papers, making "engineering potential" visible to global partners.

The Solution
I engineered EnziConnect as a comprehensive Engineering Portfolio Hub. By expanding the concept of "Proof of Work," we created a space where a Civil Engineering student can upload structural models just as easily as a Software Engineer can link a GitHub repo. The platform acts as a digital laboratory where students can find mentors, and industry leaders can scout verified talent based on actual project outcomes rather than just degrees.
